These fees are set out in the Schedule of Fees found at the end of the Adoption Regulations 2004.
Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable.
For all fees, the Chief Executive may waive, remit or allow payment by instalment (Regulation 23 of the Adoption Regulations 2004). Applications for the waiver or remittance of fees are considered in accordance with the Fee Reduction Policy.
The following fees are current at 1 July 2011 and may change from time to time.
